DC is the place to be

We're in DC for the summer! After the crazy couple of weeks we've had, things are finally getting back to normal. We're enjoying our new apartment and neighborhood in Friendship Heights. I never thought I would live within walking distance of a Saks, Cartier, Tiffany's, Neiman Marcus...which shows you the kind of area we live in. It's about as different from last year's Brooklyn experience (remember the shooting?) as we could get. Sometime we should try to live with the middle class.

Yes, we survived!

Thanks to our numerous friends and ward members, we were able to accomplish the impossible: pack, move things into our storage container, clean the apartment, drive our possessions for the summer to DC, and fly to Utah to see family...and did we mention Brandon was taking finals and Felicia was taking care of a 6-week old? We couldn't have done it without the help of all you Cambridge-ites who look out for our little family. Thank you so much! Come visit us in DC this summer--we miss you already!
