City of Vladimir

Day trip!  We hopped on the train in the morning, went to Vladimir, and were home in time for bed.

The city is full of beautiful churches, the oldest city gate in Russia, and wonderful views.  We climbed to a couple of towers, which had been converted into museums, to see the views from there, as well.  It was a really fun day!

Dad Day-Outs

Kiddo and BG both had Dad Day-Outs over the last couple weekends.  They got to pick some things to do just with Dad.  Kiddo wanted to ride scooters, so they went to a park they'd never been to before and rode around.  There happened to be a car show in the park that day, too, so it was a hit!

Ice cream is mandatory!

For her Day Out, BG wanted to go to Gorky Park and ride on the paddle boats since we weren't able to do it when we went as a family.

I wasn't kidding: it's mandatory.
